Complete Application form and return to the stated address. NB Please use a large stamp as a normal stamp incurs further costs for The Foundation.

The Application for Donation form will be available for downloading from our website.

The form can also be requested via other means and will be posted by the foundation secretary.

A confirmation of receipt of the form will be emailed to the address provided on the Application Form.

Due to the quantity of applications, it has now become necessary to review these on a regular basis.

Review dates are not available as this is based on a volume basis. We will however reply as soon as possible and at least within two months of receipt of your application.

Email correspondence requesting a decision can not be answered.
