Marys Celebrity Golf Weekend 26th – 29th  May 2011

Following on from last year’s inaugural Celebrity Golf Weekend, The Mary Leishman Foundation in conjunction with Club De Golf La Peraleja are organising another Celebrity AM golf tournament on the Costa Calida in Spain on Saturday 28th May 2011.

Flights

Flights will be arranged with Jet2 flying out of Edinburgh on Thursday 26th May departing at 09.00 arriving in Murcia at 13.15 returning from Murcia on the 29th May at 20.15 arriving back in Edinburgh at 22.20. The cost of a return flight including 1 hold bag and 1 set of clubs will be £210.00

Transport to & from the hotel will be provided by the Foundation.

Accommodation

Rooms will be booked at the fantastic 4* Hotel Spa Torre Pacheco further information can be found on the hotel at www.hotelspa-torrepacheco.com  The tariff will be €60(euro) per room per night inclusive of breakfast and IVA which will be your responsibility to pay direct to the hotel on your arrival. Twin & triple rooms are available at the same tariff.

Club De Golf La Peraleja

On the Friday there will be an option, for a practice round of golf at La Peraleja.

Players staying in the hotel will be transported to & from the course.

Each team will consist of 3 players to which a Celebrity will be added.

Shotgun start at 9.30am.

The cost of entering a team will be £600 – Individual players may be accommodated at a cost of £200 each and will be allocated a place in a team.

Full competition rules will be advised on the day.

Prize Giving Dinner

Each participating golfer will be invited to attend the prize giving 4 course dinner on the Saturday evening at the Hotel Spa Torre Pacheco. The cost of attending the dinner is included for all participating golfers. Any non-golfers wishing to attend will be charged €50 (euro)

Please note the Foundation will take no responsibility for insurance – it’s up to each person to arrange their own insurance for this trip.

As this event is attracting a fantastic amount of interest we would ask that in the first instance you send an email to wabraisby@braisbyroofing.co.uk intimating your interest with your requirements regarding flights, golf & accommodation thereafter booking forms will be issued. Spaces will be allocated on a “First Come” basis.
